ABOUT TESSIC HEALTH
The company behind the clinics.
Tessic Health stands up and operates white-label telehealth clinics — licensed providers, pharmacy, prescribing rails, and software — so the brands we serve can focus on the one thing we can't do for them: being a brand patients love.

WHY WE EXIST
Telehealth's hardest problems are not brand problems.
Launching a compliant, multi-state telehealth clinic takes quarters of legal structuring, provider credentialing, pharmacy contracting, and lab integration — before the first patient is ever seen. Most founders never get through it, and many who do are locked into platforms that mark up their medication and take a cut of every dollar.
We built Tessic Health to make the clinical layer a utility. One licensed backbone — providers in all 50 states, pharmacy at wholesale, eRx and EPCS rails, MSO and friendly-PC structure — that any brand can run on, and that stays entirely the client's: their entity, their patients, their records, their revenue.
Our economics are the proof. A flat platform fee, $25 per completed consult, 0% medication markup, no revenue share, month-to-month after setup. Clients stay because the clinic performs.

CARE, RUN UNDER YOUR BRAND
HOW WE OPERATE
Four principles, applied to every clinic we run.
01
Ownership Is The Product
Providers are credentialed under the client's brand and the legal structure is drafted for the client's ownership. If a client ever leaves, their patients, records, and data leave with them.
02
Honest Pricing
Flat fees you can put in a spreadsheet: $25 per completed consult, medication at wholesale with 0% markup, and never a percentage of revenue. Growth belongs to the brand that earned it.
03
Compliance Built In
MSO and friendly-PC structuring, HIPAA-grade data handling, EPCS, cold-chain fulfillment, and SOC 2 Type II are built into the backbone rather than billed as consulting.
04
Performance Over Lock-In
Month-to-month billing after setup, full data portability, and quarterly reviews at the enterprise tier. We keep clients the only way we want to: by running clinics well.
THE BENCH
Built by clinicians, pharmacists, and health-care attorneys.
Tessic Health is organized around the disciplines a clinic actually needs. Every client works with the same bench that designed the backbone.
Clinical
Clinical Operations
Physician-led credentialing, protocol design, and quality review across all 50 states and every treatment vertical we support.
Pharmacy
Pharmacy Network
Licensed pharmacists managing wholesale sourcing, cold-chain logistics, and controlled-substance fulfillment at 0% markup.
Legal & Compliance
Legal & Compliance
Health-care attorneys who draft each client's MSO and friendly-PC structure and keep every clinic inside state and federal lines.
Engineering
Platform Engineering
The team behind the storefront, patient portal, subscription and rebill engine, prescribing rails, and the API surface on top of them.
Operations
Launch Operations
Dedicated launch leads who take a brand from signed agreement to first patient in days, then stay on for growth and QBRs.
Partnerships
Growth & Partnerships
The bridge to the ecosystems clients already use — HubSpot, GoHighLevel, customer.io — and to the EHRs Tessic Prescribe plugs into.
MILESTONES
From one clinic to the platform behind many.
2022
Tessic Health founded
Started with a single conviction: the clinical layer of telehealth should be a utility that any brand can own outright.
2023
50-state provider coverage
Completed multi-state credentialing across every treatment vertical, so brands can launch nationwide from day one.
2024
Wholesale pharmacy at 0% markup
Contracted the wholesale pharmacy network, cold-chain logistics, and eRx / EPCS rails that pass medication through at cost.
2025
SOC 2 Type II and multi-brand
Certified the platform for enterprise, and shipped multi-brand operations — unlimited brands on one clinical backbone.
2026
Tessic Prescribe
Opened the backbone to brands with their own EHR: our providers, pharmacy, and prescribing rails inside the stack they already run.
